In your attic, basement or utility room ...
- Remove any cartons, old furniture, hanging laundry, or anything that might block the path to your boiler, furnace, or water heater.
- Although our technicians carry flashlights, please provide adequate light for them to view your heating equipment.
Outside your home ...
- Cut back plants, bushes, weeds, and tree branches to leave at least a 2-foot clearance around any outdoor equipment.
- Keep toys, hoses, trash containers, and outdoor furniture away from outdoor units.
- Make sure our technicians have adequate space to park their trucks.
Both inside and outside ...
- Please keep young children and pets away from the work zone – including access routes to tanks, fill pipes, flues, gas meters, flue pipes, and outdoor units.
