Keeping Your Family Safe Is Our Priority

The COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented challenges for all of us. So, before anything else, we want to say thank you to all of our customers, employees and fellow essential service providers for everything you’ve done over the past six months in order to help protect your neighbors. Please know that we are keeping you and your families in our thoughts, always.

Sound Energy remains open and ready to help keep you warm and comfortable while you’re home this fall and winter. With that in mind, we wanted to tell you about some of the steps we are taking to continue to serve you safely.

  • Employees who are feeling unwell, or who live with someone who is feeling unwell, are staying home until they have tested negative and are symptom-free.
  • Technicians are carrying Lysol wipes and Purell (if available) in their trucks and wiping down their vehicles daily.
  • We will call you when our technician arrives, so you can open the door so that our technician can begin to work.
  • Our technician will arrive at your home wearing a mask, as well as boot covers and gloves (if necessary).
  • Technicians will not shake hands with homeowners and will practice social distancing, maintaining a distance of at least six feet.
  • We will not distribute paper invoices, but will instead email you any necessary paperwork.

Sound Energy continues to follow all public health and safety guidelines issued by the state of Connecticut. In the meantime, please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to keep our customers and employees safe, and that we are well prepared to help with all your home heating and comfort needs. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call or contact us using our online form.
